About the Artist
Nicky Litchfield works from her studio in the picturesque village of Hurst Green in the Ribble Valley, and can often be found out-and-about sketching with her companion Max the dog, by her side.
Traditional subject matter such as hares, foxes and livestock are at the heart of her images, which she creates mainly in pastel. With a playful use of line and colour she produces delightful, contemporary artworks full of character and charm.
