Our returns policy

Walsingham Gallery & Framing hope that you are entirely satisfied with your purchase.

However, under the Distance Selling Regulations, if you buy online or over the phone, you are entitled to change your mind once you have seen the goods i.e after you have received them.

If you wish to return your purchase, we will issue a full refund (including delivery charges) upon receipt of the goods providing that you have notified us of your intention to return within 14 days of receipt of your order. You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item unless it has been received damaged.

Exempt items – we cannot offer a refund on earrings for pierced ears unless they are faulty (for hygiene reasons)

If the item is damaged or faulty on arrival please notify us immediately by contacting us on 01328 820900.  We will refund the item, the postage, and the cost of returning the item providing you have notified us within 14 days.  We reserve the right to request photographs of any damage incurred before settlement is made.
